 救生艇机操作规程          Operation procedure for boat engine  启动前准备   Preparation for starting    1.检查燃油柜，曲柄箱滑油位   Check the level of the fuel tank and tube oil     2.检查（洒水）冷却水泵的离合器是否活络   Confirm that the clutch of the cooling pump is normal     3.检查推进器离合器是否在脱开位置。   Confirm that the clutch of the thruster is disengaged     4. 合上电源总开关   Turn on the main battery switch . 一．启动    Starting    1.将启动开关转到“GLOW”预热1-3分钟。   Turn the starting switch to " glow " and warm the engine about 1-3 minutes.    2.将油门手柄放到适当低速位置   Push the fuel handle to low speed position    3.将电动启动开关转到“启动”位置，至发动机发动后松开将启动开关，启动“OFF”位置。    Turn the starting switch to " start " position and loose it once upon the engine runs ,the switch will back to "OFF" position automatically .       4.检查滑油压力是否正常。   Confirm the tube oil pressure of the engine is normal.    5.扳动离合器手柄。进行正，倒车试验。   Test each way with operating the clutch of the thruster.    6 如艇放到水中，注意检查洒水泵排出压力。   Check the discharge pressure of the cooling pump if the boat in water.  三 停机   Stopping    1.使离合器脱开，让发动机在低速下运行约3分钟后停止运转。   Disengage the clutch of the thruster and after the engine run about 3 minutes at low speed stop the engine.     2.打开发动机的防水旋塞，放尽冷却水腔内的海水。   Open the drain cock of cooling water, drain out the water in cooling tank .    3.将电瓶充足电，为下次启动坐好准备。     Recharge the battery for last starting.
