救助艇释放操作规程

  救助艇释放操作规程            Launch procedure for rescue boat    1.发现海上幸存者，指定的放艇人员到放艇处准备。       When a survivor is found ,the appointed person posted to launch position of rescue boat. 2.救助艇艇员立即登艇。      The rescue boat staff go on board immediately . 3.操纵吊艇装置将救助艇摇出舷外。      Turn rescue boat and davit toward the sea by operating the davit handle . 4.艇上人员拉动操纵绳遥控操纵，将救助艇降至水面。      The rescue staff pull down the remote line lever for lowering the rescue boat. 5.当救助艇到达水面，脱掉吊钩。      When the rescue boat reached the sea surface, release the boat from hook release device by pulling release hook lever.  6.启动发动机，操纵救助艇。      Start engine,(toward the survivor)
