  救生衣穿着法                Use of life-jacket 1.从救生衣柜中取出救生衣，检查口哨和自亮浮灯。  Take out the life-jacket ,check the whistle and self-ignite light  2.将救生衣套在颈上。  Put on the life-jacket round the neck. 3.将缚带从后面绕到前面并拉紧，然后扣好，调节缚带使缚紧。  Secure the lash band round your body, make it tight. 4.双手交叉抱紧于胸前并压在胸前的救生衣部分。  Put both hands in front of chest, on the life-jacket.
